Quality begins with the understanding of the customer's specific packaging requirements. Orders are thoroughly reviewed prior to initiating runs in a formal meeting by the sales representative, customer service personnel, pre-press manager, design manager and the supervising production personnel. A thorough understanding is the first and most important step in assuring that the final products meet and exceed all the customer's requirements.

In 1993, Shelby initiated a formalized Quality Assurance Program, which details procedures to be followed throughout the manufacturing process. Our experienced personnel take pride in the packaging we produce, which has received excellent ratings from our customers over the years.
