Our warehousing program also provides Shelby with the ability to supply our customers on a just-in-time basis, which in some instances can be as short as a few hours.  This allows our customers to run their operations with a minimum amount of inventory, saving space and costly inventory holdings.  This delivery process meets our customers' requirements that have converted to the Kanban-Integrated JIT System.
