Creative Sample Designs

The Shelby Company has developed an excellent reputation over the years for its creative packaging design capabilities. Our Creative Design Department engineers work closely with our customers to fully understand their current and new packaging needs.

Understanding our customers’ packaging needs, in terms of structural strength requirements, graphic format, substrate preferences, machine versus hand packing, etc, is the first important step in developing the right package. Once this information is developed, our creative engineers develop prototype samples on an Artios Cad Cam System for review and testing by our customers. Our Cad Systems makes it easy to fine tune the packaging to the customer’s requirements.

Packaging that is machine processed requires sample testing prior to production in order to assure the packages meet our customers’ machine specification. Sufficient samples can be provided to our customers for testing on their equipment.

Our goal is to fully understand the special packaging needs of our customers and to develop creative, functional and economic packaging to meet those needs. Shelby personnel are ready to develop solutions to our customers’ current and future special packaging requirements.
